FABULOUS ANTIQUE FRENCH LOUIS XVI CANE DOUBLE CORBEILLE BED c1900

This fabulous quality French antique cane large double bed full corbeille is in its 'as found'
French gray painted finish which is now distressed with age and has natural cane panels.
The headboard top has scrolls and a fabulous carved garland of flowers and ribonned bow crest.
The foot end has swags of flowers with a garland.
The bed frame is in superb condition strong and sturdy condition with stylish and very good
quality carving thoughout with only very minor knocks and bumps in keeping with its age.
The canework is damaged in places and some of the applied carved decoration is missing as shown - could be
restored as a project or kept as the wonderful quality anitque find it is.

Will require a custom double bed (137.5cm x 199 cm long) mattress - with rounded
head and foot ends - which we can supply.
